Choose sorting, matching, ordering or a fill-the-gaps sequence, then decide what goes on the cards — shapes, numbers, letters or simple pictures. Set how many cards the child will cut out.
Open advanced options to rename the worksheet, switch category labels on or off, pick the cut-line style, choose A4 or Letter paper, and add an optional teacher answer key showing the correct placement.
Click Generate to preview, then Print — or choose “Save as PDF”. The child cuts the cards from the strip along the dashed lines and glues each one into the correct box above.

Controlling scissors along a line builds the same small hand muscles and hand–eye coordination a child later needs for handwriting. Pairing the cutting with a thinking task — sort the shapes, match the pairs, complete the sequence — turns a craft moment into real early-maths and early-literacy practice. Because the child physically moves each card before gluing it down, they can test, compare and self-correct in a way a pencil worksheet doesn't allow.
