Forman Christian College University, Lahore, Pakistan https://www.fccollege.edu.pk
Specialized in primer designing by using Nebcutter, Oligoanalyzer, Expasy Translate, structural biology techniques, and Data analysis through Chimera, Alpha fold, Espript3.0, Discovery studio, and win COOT software. Biochemistry techniques include cloning through PCR, Competent Cells of DH5a (Making), and Plasmid DNA extraction Through GeneJet kit. Restriction digestion and ligation through T4 DNA. Expression analysis of three Protein HerA, NurA, RadA working in DNA repair. Nickle NTA, Purification of Protein through ÄKTA pure™ and SDS-PAGE.
Bachelors of Biotechnology Dec-2016 to Mar-2020
Govt. College University, Faisalabad, Pakistan

Professional Experience
Research Assistant at KAM school of life sciences| Forman Christian College University.
• Responsibilities: Studying the structural bases of the helicase protein in the DNA repair mechanism. Identification of the key domains and prediction of the structure archaeal species named P.calidifontis. Finding the key residues which are responsible for the disruption of the functional assays by creating mutations on particular residues. I use various software including AlphaFold2 for the prediction of protein structures and complexes, also uses Phyre 2.
• I generate structure bases sequence alignment to find out the particular positions of the residues corresponding to reference species of S.solfataricus in our species. I gain experience of finding sequence fingerprints of Helicases in archaea, making primers, vector Miniprep, cloning, competent cells preparation, Double digestion method, Transformation and purification.
Diagnostic Lab Manager at Gulab Devi Chest Hospital and Alkhurshaid Diagnostic Center
• Worked mainly in Special biochemistry, hematology and Molecular Biology sections.
My core research interest and experiences are rooted in Structural Biology and its
relative approaches to drug discovery. I am particularly attracted to studying the cloning
and characterization of archaeal Helicase herA and finding the sequences fingerprints
of it in cancer and its drug discovery in my Postgraduate. HerA is an ATPase/ helicase
that is required for homology-mediated DNA double-strand
break repair in the three domains of life. The exo-endonucleases NurA and HerA
collaborate with the highly conserved Mre11-Rad50 complex in hyperthermophilic
archaea to coordinate the repair of double-stranded DNA breaks. Archaeal HerA is a
homo hexameric assembly having a conserved DNA binding domain.
