About Javeria Niaz

I am Javeria who has completed her Master's in Chemistry by PIEAS with CGPA of 3.79 by 4.I did my BS from Quiad-e-Azam University. I had been a bright student throughout my journey and I would love to spread my knowledge further and try to engage my pupils throughout the session . I am a detail oriented, enthusiastic, punctual and certified teacher . Recently I received the certificate for serving 2 years with passion and dignity for the institution. My way of teaching virtually is quite similar to that of conventional classes , so that students don't feel comfortable and things become easier for them to comprehend.

Teaching Experience

I have been teaching online for past 1 year and thought at LGS and Educators school as well. , Online, I adapted quickly to tools like Zoom, Google Classroom, and interactive whiteboards, maintaining student participation through polls, breakout rooms, and digital assessments. This dual experience strengthened my ability to differentiate instruction, manage virtual and physical classrooms effectively. Teaching both online and in school has taught me that good pedagogy doesn’t change, but delivery matters.As a dedicated teacher with experience in both traditional classrooms and online platforms, I have taught students across diverse learning environments. Online, I learned to replace that direct interaction with chat engagement, quick formative quizzes, flashcards and engaging them through various videos .
