As a volunteer science educator, I have actively participated in science outreach and educational events aimed at promoting astronomy and physics among students and the general public. My role involved:
Assisting in organizing and conducting workshops on topics such as solar observations, constellations, and meteorites
Engaging with participants of various age groups during public science events, including the Lahore Science Fest (2022–2023), where I helped explain meteorite displays and answered scientific queries
Supporting hands-on activities and demonstrations designed to simplify complex astronomy concepts
Collaborating with team members to prepare educational materials and manage event logistics
Developing strong communication, teaching, and public speaking skills by interacting with diverse audiences
This experience has strengthened my ability to explain scientific concepts clearly, work with students in interactive settings, and foster curiosity in science through engaging educational practices.
About Myself
I am a passionate and dedicated science graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Space Sciences. With over three years of experience in science communication and outreach through my volunteer work with Exploration: Cosmos to Classroom, I have developed strong teaching, presentation, and communication skills. I have participated in various workshops and science festivals, including the Lahore Science Fest, where I engaged with students and general audiences on topics such as meteorites, solar observations, and constellations.
My strength lies in explaining complex scientific concepts in a simple and engaging way, particularly in Physics, Astronomy, and Mathematics. I believe in creating a learning environment that encourages curiosity and deep understanding. I am currently advancing my skills in Python programming for physics and data analysis, which supports my long-term goal of working in the field of gravitational wave astronomy.
